Last Sunday at Ama and Gong Gong's

Hiya,

This is me in Ama's bedroom. I was using Gong Gong to stand up, shake my head no, ( which I do for fun, whenever someone tries to get me to nod yes or when i'm trying to saying no to something.) and do my two arm flapping things which is usually for fun and sometimes for goodbye. There was also something in Gong Gong's shirt pocket that I really wanted so that I could put in my mouth but I wasn't fast enough this time.

In any case, you check it out and let me know what you think.

Luv Ethan.

Me and my water bottle...

Hello!

Last night after coming home from Asung's, I went in my walker and was cruising around and did a poop. Mom thinks its pretty funny that everytime i'm in the walker I poop. After getting changed, I had lots to eat for eat for dinner. Spinach and Creamed Corn baby food, water and 180cc of formula with 2 spoonfuls of apple and banana rice cereal in it.

Later, mommy and I were hanging out on the bed. I had my nappy changed and then I grabbed my water bottle to surprise mama.

Check the video.

Pretty cool huh? But since i'm still getting the hang of it, I sucked in air and got the hiccups afterwards. HAHAHA!

Mama said she's going to let me practice eating with a spoon. Can't wait to make a humongous mess everywhere!

Luv Ethan

A Happy Ethan Waving His Arms and Screaming

Shinshe Summit Resort Park Scenery

I can't believe this is just 40minutes away from Taichung!

If you have the time, you definately need to check it out.

Our Visit to Shinshe Summit Resort Park

This was our first photo at the park. Shortly, after, I lost my footing on those rock slabs while I was also holding Ethan. Luckily, Samantha was nearby and as I fell forward, I managed to gently put Ethan down close to her for her to grab as I kept tumbling forward. Got my knees dirtied up and both of had a bit of a fright but were back to rights moments later.

Samantha found this pretty flower and unbeknownst to Ethan put it behind his ear. What a little Casanova!!

Here Samantha and Ethan are by the lake.

Ethan doesn't like wearing hats and as you can see was happy after he managed to throw it on the ground.

Ethan and Mommy taking in the nice lake view. I think Ethan is showing us what "O" looks like (Unintentionally of course)

Admiring the snapdragons. The flowers were so beautiful!

Wow Ethan is so tall!!!

As we were strolling on the lakeside walkway, this little girl walked by and plopped herself down for a rest. I took Ethan out of his stroller and put him beside her. (She's older than him by 6months.) Ethan was curious to see a girl for the first time, wasn't quite sure what to make of the situation and then reached out twice to touch the side of her face. Her parents and Samantha and I were quite amused at their going ons.

We stopped off for lunch and Ethan drank pomelo juice from a glass cup. Hooray. Then had some orange. As you can see, he thinks its a bit sour but it was very sweet and he finished the whol piece. Below, I am trying to get him to clap my hands but he was more in the mood to bite my fingers.

Mommy and son.

It must be said that Ethan loves dogs. I was not holding his hand out to touch the dog but rather pulling it back since he had grabbed a handful of fur...

Photos in front of a lake. Can you believe we are in Taiwan??

Ethan on the duck bench. He wasn't quite sure if he liked sitting on the duck but smiled nonetheless.

This was towards the end of our visit and a tired little Ethan had had enough of picture taking.

After we left, we went to pick up some dried chinese mushrooms and tomatoes locally grown in the region. Ethan fell immediately asleep after a bottle of formula but woke up when we dropped Samantha back home.

We had a calm evening at home and Gong Gong came by for a quick visit before we got ready for bed.
